What is the Carp Lab PVA Bag Loader? 

The Carp Lab PVA Bag loader is born from an old concept devised for easily filling PVA Bags. 

PVA Bags are small bags which melt on contact with water. When filled with bait these provide an excellent way to present bait to feeding fish. 

The original concept was to cut a small piece of flexible plastic from packaging material and roll it up so that it fits easily within a PVA bag, once allowed to flex open the bag would stand up and allow for unhindered filling. 

What does it do?  

The prototype version of the PVA Bag Loader is made from flexible and durable plastic. The required grade is 1.5mm thick and has a low friction finish. 

The PVA Bag Loader makes the filling of all PVA Bags very simple and can reduce the time it takes to complete a bag to less than a minute.

Obviously the video above is for demonstration but it goes a long way to illustrate how fast you could prepare PVA bags with the Carp Lab PVA Bag Loader. 

If you are hooking a small bag on prior to the cast remember to stab some holes into it so that it sinks quickly. 

For more dedicated, long distance work the PVA Bag loader allows you to position the lead and your rig in the PVA Bag and fill it with bait – No more spillages or fumbling around when you have had a take at 3am and need to recast quickly… 

You also do not need to ensure that the lead and hook bait is completely dry as long as you completely surround the lead and hook bait with PVA Bag mix.
